"We are in LOVE with the chickens. I cannot believe the difference!!!! They make the most amazing broth. I have noticed a few major differences between store bought organic and and your chickens:

1. The meat has so much more flavor
2. The bones have lots more marrow (good for broth)
3. The organ meat actually tastes good. The organ meat in all other chicken I have ever had tastes bitter, but it is REALLY good in yours.
4. The neck bone actually has meat on it. Usually it's so scarce, you can't even pick any off, but yours has quite a bit of meat on it.
5. The bone broth is more flavorful than any other chicken we have used for broth. (Bone broth is one of the most healing foods you could eat for any inflammatory health condition!)
